Wing Chun is a traditional Chinese martial art that originated in southern China during the late 17th century. It is known for its close-range combat techniques, rapid punches, and low kicks, and it emphasizes sensitivity, speed, and practicality.

Wing Chun is often recognized for its unique training methods and both centerline and straight line theories, including wooden dummy training, chi sau (sticky hands) drills, and free-sparring. It also places a strong emphasis on relaxation, proper body mechanics, and efficient use of energy base on a set of principles.

Wing Chun has gained widespread popularity around the world and has been featured in numerous martial arts movies, including the Ip Man series starring Donnie Yen. It is also practiced independently by law enforcement and military personnel for self-defense training around the world.

The training at VTMTL is strict and requires a high level of concentration, conceptual understanding and discipline.
